RETURN & REFUND POLICY


1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.

2. How to Initiate a Return

    • Your order number.

    • A brief reason for the return.

    • Clear photos or a short video demonstrating the product condition.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the address of the nearest returns facility.

  3. Ship the item using a trackable courier; keep your tracking receipt. We are not responsible for lost or mishandled packages.

3. Refund Processing

  • Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

  • Banks and card issuers may take up to 10 additional business days to post the funds.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t seen a refund after 10 business days, please:

    1. Check your bank statement.

    2. Contact your card issuer—processing times vary.

    3. Contact your bank.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Before shipping: Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of order placement.

  • After shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. You may return the item per our standard return process.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to cancellations made after processing begins.

7. Invalid Return Reasons

  • Changing your mind about the purchase.

  • Finding a lower price elsewhere.

  • Incorrect size or style if details were clearly listed at purchase.
    We reserve the right to deny refunds for these reasons.
